Unless otherwise agreed payment has to be made prior to collection/delivery.
We accept Cheques/ Postal Orders or cash if you are paying at the showroom.
All orders taken by the above methods will be despatched withing 21 days. For urgent orders please telephone or call at the workshop and showroom. If any item is unavailable an alternative of equal value and quality will be offered.

Because of the huge variation in sizes and weights across our ranges, postage and packing will be calculated on request.

Engraving Charges
|
The majority of prices in our price lists include either engraving up to 6 words or a small logo or special design.
Extra wording is charged at 50p per word up to 24pt font size.

Logos or stock designs from our library of artwork are charged at 20p per square centimetre. Subject to a minimum charge of £3.20 for up 4cmx4cm. Artwork charges for company/club logos or special request designs start from £5.00 (if camera ready artwork is supplied)
Complete design artwork starts from £25.00

Engraving of crystal/glass supplied by the customer: Minimum charge is £10.00 per item

Bulk Buyers- If you are looking for quantity on a tight budget, we can arrange colour printing service as cost-effective alternative to engraving. Please email us for a quotation. |
Design and Layout Service

If you have any queries on what kind of layout you require please do not hesitate to call us. We normally set out the layout for you within the prices quoted.
We will require some information from yourselves such as the exact wording you require, paying attention to spelling, as well as the type of design you require.
